Detailed Description
This small batch whiskey has a mashbill of corn, rye, and malted barley. All grains are locally grown exclusively for Woodinville in Quincy, Washington. The 53-gallon barrels are seasoned in open air and is exposed to rain, wind, sun, and snow for eighteen months. The barrels are then slowly toasted and heavily charred. The whiskey spent 5 years in the barrel before bottling.

Distillery Information
he story of Woodinville Whiskey Co. starts in 2010 with two best friends — founders Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile. They set out to create a great craft Whiskey, and these two gentlemen started things off right by enlisting the help of industry icon David Pickerell — the former master distiller at Maker’s Mark. So although their business is young, they’ve already won both Craft Whiskey of the Year and Craft Rye Whiskey of the Year for two years running from the American Distilling Institute.
