Detailed Description
Launched as part of their “Distillery Collection”, the Diplomatico No.1 Batch Kettle Rum was developed to highlight one of the elements that go into crafting their signature rum which in the case of this bottling is their Batch Kettle Still which was brought in from Canada back in 1959. Each bottle of this rum starts its life as high-quality sugar cane honey which are distilled in the aforementioned still and left to mature in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels, slowly developing its flavors before finally being brought to proof and bottled.
