Made from the same small batch process as their other rums, Strawberry RumShine is a 100 proof spirit where we add fresh local strawberries, picked at their peak of ripeness, giving the ’Shine a natural sweet taste. With nothing artificial added, the color and flavor comes from the fruit in the jar. Their distilling process allows for a smoother, less heated, spirit than you’d expect with 50% alcohol, and the natural sweet strawberry taste comes through and ends with a strawberry jam finish.

Started in 2012, Wicked Dolphin Distillery is located in Cape Coral; just miles from the fertile sugarcane fields of Florida. Wicked Dolphin Rum was born out of an idea to create true Florida rum. Using 100 percent Florida sugar and local ingredients, the rum is handcrafted in small batches using an American copper pot still – the largest in South Florida. The family-run distillery produces award-winning rums available throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
