Key West Devil’s Rum, a version of their First Legal Rum that’s infused with cinnamon leaf oil and orange zest. Bottled at 70.4 proof. Chef’s Vanilla Brûlée Dark Rum, a version of their First Legal Rum infused with vanilla beans that are sliced down the middle and rolled in pure Florida sugar cane.

Chef Distilled is an American rum distillery founded in 2013 by Paul J. Menta in Key West, Florida in the former Coca-Cola bottling plant on 105 Simonton St. The rum is distilled on site in two custom-made copper pot stills made by Vendome Copper and Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky.
