Detailed Description
Each batch of the Chopin Family Reserve Extra Rare Young Potato Vodka is quadruple-distilled exclusively from a special variety of young potatoes planted in their estate. Because of their low starch content, at least 25lbs of potatoes are required to create a single bottle resulting in a sweeter and faintly earthy vodka which is then rested for 2 years in 50-year-old Polish oak barrels. Following this long mellowing period, the finished vodka is then brought to proof using pristine Polish water before finally being bottled.
