Detailed DescriptionGlendalough is an independent distillery founded by five friends that has lead the craft revival in Ireland. Having made a splash with their poitín styles, this double-barrel whiskey is a step in a new direction. It’s made from a mash bill of malted barley and corn distilled in Coffey stills. It matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished its maturation in 500-liter oloroso sherry casks.
