Detailed Description
Released in March 2018, this limited edition single malt bottling was aged for 15 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. A special fifteen year-old single cask bottling of Tyrconnell, a previous edition ran off with a Gold Medal and Best in Class at the IWSC and was later named World’s Best Irish Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards in 2009.

Nose: Sweet grains and subtle bourbon – impeccably Irish. A little raspberry, vanilla.
Palate: Creamy, sweet spices (cinnamon and vanilla), strawberry milkshake.
Finish: Slightly woody, big on sweet American oak.

Cooley Distillery is an Irish whiskey distillery, located on the Cooley Peninsula in County Louth, Ireland, converted in 1987 from an older potato alcohol plant by John Teeling.
