4 Copas was founded by Hector Galindo Miranda The brand makes its tequila from 100% organic blue weber agave along with organic agave yeast in its production. The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens. This clear, unaged spirit is bottled at 40% ABV.
4 Copas Organic Blanco Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: A massively aromatic tequila: sun-baked earth, dried herbs, grilled nectarines, olive brine, crisp citrus.
Palate: On the palate the touch is delicate but full-bodied, with notes of almond flower, white pepper and cinnamon joining in. Tangy, lip-smacking and generous – a nearly perfect expression of agave.
Finish: A light bodied spirit with a warm finish.
