Detailed Description
Cabo Wabo Anejo Tequila-Sammy Hagar founded Cabo Wabo in 1996 as a way to create a “house tequila” for his cantina in Cabo San Lucas. It’s produced by a family of distillers who use traditional methods to produce the agave sourced from the lowlands of Jalisco. This añejo is aged 14 months in American oak.
Cabo Wabo Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Nose is garden fresh green beans, eucalyptus, underripe pineapple, and smoked dark chocolate.
Palate: The palate is miso caramel, salted butterscotch, clove, and frosting.
Finish: The finish is A complex tequila to ponder; Rhum Agricole lovers will be fond of this.
Distillery Information
Founded in Milan by Gaspare Campari and currently headquartered in Sesto San Giovanni, the Group is now a global company (sixth-largest player worldwide),marketing and distributing its products in over 190 countries around the world.
Production is concentrated in fourteen manufacturing plants: four of which are located in Italy, one in Greece, one in Scotland, one in Ukraine, one in the United States, one in Argentina, two in Brazil and Jamaica, and one in Mexico.
