Distillery Information
During Cask & Crew We uncovered a rare, freakishly balanced blend of the best cask-aged Kentucky Whiskey and Canadian Rye. Being of almost equal proportions, we were blown away with the unique balance. Next, we took an artisanal approach to a few sweet and smoky notes. With the addition of some amazing flavor profiles, it was essential that we respected the whiskey — no overpowering flavors that would steal the show. It took hundreds of tasting trials, but where we landed was sublime. The result? A destination for the whiskey curious.
