Clyde May’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made in homage to the brand’s namesake, a man who was both a moonshiner as well as a careful craftsman. The release is a five year-old whiskey which was aged in heavily-charred barrels, bottled at 92 proof, and non-chilled filtered.

Nose: Oak, vanilla, brown sugar, and apple crumb cake.
Palate: Hints of strawberry, baked apricot and nutmeg.
