Detailed Description
Our award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. Our Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank, letting the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months.

Distillery Information
Dan Garrison — an ex-marketing executive for a tech company — founded Garrison Bros. in 2008, after being laid off by a former employer. Garrison put a few investors and family members together and started selling product contract from other distilleries. After a few years, they generated enough resources and market interest to officially launch a distillery in 2008, about 60 miles west of Austin in the tiny town of Hye, Texas.
