Very intense overproof result of 100% distillation in Pot Still, Rum Fire is the new White Rum coming from the Hampden Estate distillery, where it is produced by the HLCF “mark”.

The 4 cornerstones of rum Fire are:

– Spring water from Cockpit Valley,
– Extremely prolonged fermentation using a unique technique for the development of esters,
– Distillation in Pot Still only,
– No added sugar.

It can be used in simple cocktails to enhance its organoleptic properties.
Recommended in the preparation of Daiquiri.
