Nose: Lots Of Mint, Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, And Some Lumber.
Palate: Heat At First, But This Settles Down Into Supple Sweetness.
Finish: Quite Balanced And Delightful.

Owned by what is now Diageo between 1992 to 1999 who sold Bernheim Distillery to present owners Heaven Hill. (Diageo also owned another bourbon distillery which carried the Bernheim name until 1980s).
