Detailed Description
This Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu Dream Cask release is a delicious single cask whisky from Japan’s fastest rising distillery. It was created from Optic barley in 2008 before being matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2018 at cask strength. It brings note of sweet citrus, vanilla, fired-oak and gentle spiced including subtle cinnamon. A very delicious whisky of which only 168 bottles were produced.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
