Detailed Description
A 12 year old Dominican rum, selected by The Other Guys (the famed California wine makers) and named for a rum running schooner that shipped spirit from the Caribbean to the Northeastern US during prohibition. The ship was seized in 1924, but the rum has now appeared in its honour.

Nose: Aroma of earthy sugar cane and vanilla.
Palate: Notes of oak and toffee with sweet nectar and honey.
Finish: Bold and ripe, ends with a smooth vanilla kick.
Distillery Information
Bermúdez distillery is located in Santiago de los Caballeros. They produce a variety of Dominican Rums under the name J. Armando Bermúdez & Co., S.A., most notably their Bermúdez, Barceló and Brugal labels known as the three B’s.
