Detailed Description
High Wire’s New Southern Revival Brand, a series of spirits celebrating the diverse agricultural traditions of the American South. Distilled from 100% non-GMO local heirloom corn (hence the sweetness), the bourbon is first aged in the traditional white oak barrels, then finished for 3 to 6 months in a Madeira Sercial barrel (AKA “a barik”).

Nose: Toasted nut, vanilla, smoke, and cherry.
