Nose: Oily aroma, with hints of floral grains.
Palate: Medium body with notes of citrus, toffee, rose petals and vanilla on the palate.
Finish: Finish with touches of black pepper, butterscotch and oak.

Situated in the province of Munster, the Cork Distilleries Company was founded in 1877. A well known Irish whiskeys is Paddy whiskey. But less well known, is the fact that this delightful whiskey was named after a gregarious sales representative for Cork Distilleries Company called Paddy Flaherty.
