Rattlesnake Rosie’s Maple Bacon Whiskey is an aged four grain mash Bourbon whiskey infused with maple syrup from Mendon Maple Farms in upstate New York along with natural bacon flavoring before being bottled at 35% alcohol by volume [70 proof]. It was a BIG hit during the Holiday season 2018. Some joked about pouring it over pancakes on Christmas morning!
