Detailed DescriptionThis rye is a 100% Oregon terroir whiskey, “plowed, disced, harrowed, seeded, fed, watered, threshed, winnowed, malted, milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, smithed, barrel-aged, and bottled by hand.” Rogue farm’s initial harvest yielded only 374 cases.
