The Dubliner is a blended Irish whiskey which has been aged in bourbon casks and crafted by Master Blender John Drennan. A new addition to the Dubliner range, which you might know from their Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur (combining whiskey, caramel and honeycomb).
The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh,grassy and apple notes.
Palate: Smooth on the palate with flavours of honey and caramel.
Finish: Some slight peppery notes on the finish.
