It has a mashbill of 75% Corn, 15% Rye, and 10% Barley and is at least 4 years old at the time of bottling.Very Old Barton 86 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting NotesNose: Rich, tawny amber hue. Lean woody aroma.Palate: A firm attack leads to a medium bodied palate with a drying woody character.Finish: Dry, warm finish.Distillery InformationBarton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and denys today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.
