Detailed Description
This Organic Wheat Whiskey is made with local, organis wheat milled on site and distiller in a copper still pot. It ages for about a year in a charred oak cask. The distillery is named in honor of Philip Wigle, a German farmer and a key player of the Whiskey Rebellion of 1791.
